Gong Cha has great tasting teas, probably the best in the area. The oolong tea, earl grey, black tea, and green tea taste are all distinctly aromatic in their own way. At most other places, it's more milk than tea, so I really appreciate Gong Cha. I also highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee and brown sugar latte. It will be really cool though to bring in new tea flavors like houjicha or alisan tea. I never get any of the non-tea seasonal drinks, so new teas would be awesome! The customer service is great too (although you may need to be patient with new staff). The manager seems devoted to making the place great for their customers. She deserves a raise!

I DoorDash or visit this store very frequently. Their cakes are amazing. Especially the milk cap cakes. Whenever I visit Izakaya for lunch or dinner, I definitely visit GongCha for the dessert. This is the best dessert restaurant in the whole location.

Happy to finally have some good bubble tea near my work. It's in a nice location, staff is friendly, and the quality is the same as at other locations. I just wish "The Sweetest Spot" also had food besides dessert.
